All orders within Germany are shipped via our logistics partner GLS and abroad with Fedex. After the shipment is handed over to the logistic partner, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number.
Depending on your location, shipping will take between:
Germany: 1 to 3 working days
Abroad: 2 to 6 business days
Yes. After your goods have been carefully packed and sent out by us, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. In this you will find all the information about your order, such as the tracking number and the status of the shipment. If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder.
Of course. If you live near our headquarters in Sasbach or are staying there, you can of course pick up your ordered goods from us. An important requirement for this is that you arrange a pick-up appointment in advance, by phone or by e-mail. So we can already prepare everything for pickup and make sure you do not have to wait too long.
